Return Policy
Our goals and mission is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products received , you may return your unused item within 10 working days from the date of delivery. Ladymamalysia.com offers exchanges on the Merchandise sold for a subtitues items or equivalent value of the purchase products. Here is our return policy. Before sending make sure you have fulfilled all of the following requirements. Your return:
- Please send your notifications to enquiry@ladymalaysia.com
- must be unused, unworn, unwashed, not damaged;
- must have the ladymalaysia.com tag still attached .
- must be sent in its original packaging .
- must reach ladymalaysia.com ( L & M gift supplies ) within 30 working days from the delivery date;
- must be sent in one single shipping: we will not accept returned items from the same order separately.
If all of the above required conditions are met , we will refund your order value net . Here we charge a USD 8.00 handling fee on each returned item. Return delivery is charged at a discounted rate .
If not, we will give you the option of re-sending the items to your address at your own cost.
If you reject the return shipment, ladymalaysia.com reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
Ladymalaysia.com offers no refunds on merchandise or items used , washed , and not in a proper manner from its origin .
Refund policy
Please note that your refund will be processed within approximately 3 business days from receipt of your return.( excluding public holidays and special events days )
Once we receives, processes and accepts your returns, you will be notify of which confirms your refund.
After the e-mail confirmation the credit will appear within two billing cycles depending on the refund policy of the credit card used . Be aware that the currency date will be the date you ordered from ladymalaysia.com
Your return must be sent with a registered post or courier services company for us to trace any parcel returned .
Ladymalaysia.com is not responsible for damaged or lost parcels if they are not delivered within the grace period of return policy .
